We offer multiple shipping speeds at checkout so you can choose what works best for you:
- USPS Ground Advantage — Affordable standard shipping (2–5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail — Fast shipping with tracking and insurance included (1–3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express — Fastest available option (1–2 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Custom Dream Art: Processing begins after your design fee is received and your dream questionnaire is submitted. Production and shipping timelines will be communicated individually based on your commission.
Shipping Methods & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Packaging All prints and canvases are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Gallery prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes. Canvas pieces are securely wrapped to prevent damage in transit.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Dream Canvas is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
